Delivery Options -
We are working hard to get your KIREIIS products safely to you, as quickly as possible.
Your item is being shipped with Royal Mail, you can track your delivery with Royal Mail by adding your Tracking Number here.
All Items being shipped with EVRI, you can track your delivery here.
Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
We aim to dispatch your products within 48 hours of receiving your order (Mon-Fri). However, during busy periods the dispatch time could extend to 72 hours. In any case, you will always receive a dispatch email or text message to the email address/telephone number used to place the order.
If there are any delays in dispatching your order, we will contact you by email to keep you informed.
All products are delivered by 2nd Class via Royal Mail or EVRI. Once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with dispatch reference.
Currently our products are available in UK only.
Returns -
We want to make returning an KIREIIS.COM order as simple as possible, so we're happy to offer a refund within 14 days of delivery - provided the items are unopened and unused and in the original packaging.
Need to returns an item ?
Please contact us https://www.kireiis.com/contactus, within 14 days of delivery of your product.
In the message include your Order Number and image of your order item/items you would like to return and the reason for the return. Once contacted you have another 14 days to send/return the products back to us safely..
Customers/buyers are responsible to ship/return the products at their own cost.
Following your return being made, we will require tracking details to be provided in order to proceed.
Refund -
Once we have received your parcel and allowing for the extra measures for the health and safety of our warehouse team members we will be in contact to confirm the receipt of the returned goods and that your refund/exchange has been issued accordingly.
Please allow 14 working days for your return to be processed and for our customer team to contact you.
All refunds will be processed back on to the card originally used for purchase.
We cannot refund any postal charges you incur to both deliver the item to you or to return the item to us, unless we have sent you the wrong items, or your order is faulty, damaged or on arrival.
We cannot refund any Tax, Customs or Duties charges that you may have incurred at the time of delivery.
We are unable to refund just part of a collection/purchased - to get a refund for collection/purchased items, please return the whole collection/purchase order and the full sum paid for the collection can be refunded.
Payment with Gift Cards -
Orders paid with a Gift Card or eGift Card will receive a store credit.
Promotions & Gifts with purchase -
Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket.
In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If your order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
Exchange -
All Items retuned for exchange must to be unopened, undamaged and unused to be eligible for exchange. There may be some product which may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reason.
We cannot accept returns for exchange on skincare products due to hygiene reasons, if the product is opened/used/ damaged. Customers/buyers are responsible to ship/return the products at their own cost.
Customer/buyers are responsible to ensure that the products returned back to us reaches us. So we recommend you ship the products back to us in tracked postage. We can only exchange products for up to the same value of the original order
Once the item is received for refund/exchange, our team will review the items to ensure there is no damage and it is eligible for exchange. The term will contact you to confirm the outcome and confirm on the dispatch of the item requested as exchange.
You must not return the used products, Items that are damaged or used or opened will not be exchanged and be destroyed. If you want the damaged items sent back to you, buyers must bare the delivery/postage cost for the items to be returned back.
